We act as a service provider and facilitator between you and third-party platforms such as Meta (WhatsApp) and telecom operators for RCS.
5. Eligibility

- Use our Services for legitimate business purposes only.
- Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.
6. Account Registration

8. Payment & Billing Terms

- Payments must be made in INR via approved payment gateways or bank transfer.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
- Payments once made are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.
9. Subscription Renewal & Termination
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
- You may terminate the Service at any time by written notice to technoprimesolutions1@gmail.com.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal activity.
- Upon termination, all licenses granted will cease immediately.
10. Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS
By using WhatsApp or RCS Services through Aapla Nagarsevak:
- You agree to comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy, and RCS Business Messaging Policies.
- You authorize Aapla Nagarsevak to integrate your business account with WhatsApp Business API and RCS partners.
- You acknowledge that Meta and telecom operators may review message templates, sender names, and campaign data for compliance.
- We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by Meta or telecom operator restrictions.
11. Message Delivery & Compliance Policy
Aapla Nagarsevak acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for message delays, delivery errors, or blocking by Meta or telecom networks.
All campaigns must comply with:
- WhatsApp and RCS anti-spam guidelines.
- Data privacy and consent requirements.
- TRAI and DoT (Department of Telecommunications) messaging standards.
Failure to comply may result in suspension of your messaging privileges.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, logos, software, and trademarks displayed on our Platform are owned by or licensed to Aapla Nagarsevak.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our Services for your internal business purposes.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
13. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, including but not limited to business data, message templates, and client lists.
Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with prior written consent.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- Continuous availability or error-free performance.
- Specific results from campaigns.
- Accuracy of third-party integrations (Meta, Google, RCS).
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aapla Nagarsevak shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
- Service interruptions or third-party failures.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Services during the preceding 3 months.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aapla Nagarsevak, its proprietors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of:
